At Proven Nutrition, we are committed to delivering high-quality products.

Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns on opened products.

 

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
