Shipping policy

We currently ship within the Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on your location within the UAE.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over AED 100.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
